The State of the Grizzlies

After the deadline, and we know who is still on the Grizzlies, I will have a complete analysis of the team and the future. This will most likely be the longest post ever on the site. My plan is to have it up by tomorrow morning. I'll play GM and build the Grizzlies... including the draft (who to take with each pick possible and analyze some of the players coming out), management and coaches, and the entire roster.
