It is simply insane to me that any team in the NFL would consider taking JaMarcus Russell over Brady Quinn. Before the Sugar Bowl if you would have asked anyone with a brain, they would have said Quinn is the guy. Well, Russell and LSU (probably the team with the most future NFL players in the nation) beat Notre Dame (average talent, coached extremely well) and all of the sudden Russell is the second coming. But what is he the second coming of? Evidence revealed by the Football Outsiders suggests that drafting Russell over Quinn would be a big mistake (something I believed before I read this tremendous analysis).
