Hellga from American Gladiators joined us on the show on Monday. We got the fascinating life story of Helga (Robin Coleman), from how she got the job, to bouncing for clubs in LA, to going on a date with Screech, to lifting cars. I wanted to do the interview as a goof because I dig the show and thought Hellga was a funny character, but in the end what we got was a really interesting person who has lived quite the life leading up to this point of becoming Hellga on American Gladiators.
