Thanks Romo. Our guys were wearing white. 3 picks? Go get Jessica back. Booooooooooooo! Booooooooooo! Booooooooooooooooo! No way do you lose that game after the defense keeps bailing you out and holding them to fg's. Booooooooooooo! Boooooooo! Boooooooooooooooooooooo! An int. off of Witten's foot? A deflected pass gets completed on a huge 3rd down? Booooooooooo! Booooooooooo!

Philanthropy (The Picks)

Vegas messed with the bull, and now they get the horns. Fear not my friends, Vinnie Verno brings the heat this week. Make millions....

South Florida -24.5 over WKU- WKU is the worst team in the world. Line should be 40+.

UNC -4 over UCONN- Donald Brown is gone. QB stinks. UNC bombed them last yr. Now they just have to win by 5. Give me Butchie.

USC -6.5 over Ohio St.- This is just insulting. We have seen this movie a milion times.

Air Force +3.5 over Minnesota- Minn. is bologna. They have not beaten a good team in years, and they won't this week. Triple-option dog.

Kansas -12.5 over Utep- Down in the west Texas town of El Paso I fell in love with the mexican girl... and then built her a mansion because of this mortal lock pick. Infinity Stars pick.

A.I. comin to Memphis

Allen Iverson is going to become a Grizzly. Iverson is one of the few true household names in the NBA. LeBron, Kobe, Shaq, Iverson... that is the list. The Grizzlies are getting killed in the national media for the move, but that is because many in the media have made the massive error of using logic in their analysis.

In order to understand the Grizzlies you need to think of how the Spurs front office (or whatever very credible organization) would run the team if they were in charge, and then imagine the opposite.

You have to go into every transaction the Grizzlies make with that understanding, and then you just hope the move has a chance at working out and makes for a more entertaining product.

Iverson fits the bill. I love it, but I had long ago given up hope that they had some kind of cohesive plan to build a championship level team in the future. I am just rooting for people to be interested in the team again, and this will certainly help (at least for a year).

Vinnie Verno and "The Promise"

Vinnie Verno came out of the gate with a dreadful 1-4 week. The message to Vegas is clear... they messed with the bull, and now they will get the horns. Watch out, because Vinnie Verno is gonna get the lights turned off in that town. In honor of Tim Tebow...

The Promise

“To the fans and everybody in Vinnie Verno Nation, I’m sorry. I’m extremely sorry. We were hoping for an undefeated season. That was my goal, something Vinnie Verno has never done here.”
“I promise you one thing, a lot of good will come out of this. You will never see any handicapper in the entire country pick as hard as I will pick the rest of the season. You will never see someone push the rest of Vinnie Verno Nation as hard as I will push everybody the rest of the season.”
“You will never see a man pick games harder than I will the rest of the season.”
“God Bless.”

Jon Roser presents...

His new song. Possibly his most absurd ever, but the audience speaks and the audience voted they loved it. Here it is...

Philanthropy (The Picks), with audio

Vinnie Verno is back for season number 2 after going a documented 63% last year. This is my way of giving back to you, the community. Let's get it....

Oklahoma -22 over BYU-- if Max Hall does not come out of this with brain damage it should count as a win.

Western Kentucky +30 over Tenn.-- come on, 30? might have taken this at 3pts. the coach is a bozo, in his first game. first game bozo rule applies.

Alabama -6.5 over V Tech-- when vtech plays an SEC team, they lose. go look it up. let me tell you the story of Tyrod Taylor... he stinks.. the end.

Maryland +21 over California-- Pac-10 overrated as usual. Maryland won straight up last year and now they lose by 3tds? the maryland qb is not great, but has played well in big spots.

Georgia +5.5 over Oklahoma St. -- Oklahoma State beats crappy teams, not good ones. Too hyped. Richt does not lose on road. Get money like T Boone.

Have a good weekend.
